What Awaits You:
As a Logistics Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, where you'll:Become a Data Pro: Master data entry, adhering to our Export Standard Operating Procedures. Streamline Bookings: Efficiently create Quick Bookings in the CargoWise system, using booking confirmations. Manage Consolidations: Handle Consol registrations and issue Shipper's instructions. Be a Communication Hub: Provide timely and accurate responses to information queries and access relevant files. Ensure Accuracy & Collaboration: Conduct thorough checks of completed work to maintain accuracy and proactively communicate with stakeholders via email. Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information. Support Our Partners: Communicate clearly and effectively in written Mandarin to support our partners.

What You'll Bring to the Team:Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential for supporting Mandarin communication needs. Data Entry Prowess: Proven data entry skills and a keen eye for detail. Tech Savviness: Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and grow within the freight forwarding and shipping industry. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
