Logistic Operations:

Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follows up until they pick up and return the rented vehicle. Sending and picking up the vehicles from and to the customer as per schedule. Followed the schedule and tasks assigned as per timeline and checked vehicle movements for MKAZs to ensure the team achieved daily productivity. Ensure all information on the minor and major checklists is recorded and submitted in an accurate manner. Control, review, and monitor vehicle-related repairs and maintenance (cost, performance, etc.) to ensure vehicles are maintained to the standard required in the most economical manner. Assist customers with breakdowns, emergencies, and accidents with high professionalism. maintains the company's customer service and rental standards. Upkeep and maintain a good quality for each rented vehicle, including sending it to the service centre, daily maintenance, and cleaning. Complete daily lists and submit reports to the supervisor and manager. Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
