Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics/supply chain or equivalent qualification Experience in operations / logistic managerial positions in sizable companies
Experience in B2B & B2C logistics and leading logistics projects independently
Experience in Sales Manager position at least 3 years
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and mindset and willing to take on challenges
Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Exceptional organizational skills to set priorities, multitask and meet deadline

Responsibilities
Planning, directing and coordinating the sales activities of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and directing daily operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenue, and improve profitability of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform sales activities for major accounts and at the same time develop and generate new sales accounts or new opportunities to the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning, administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services and maintaining good customer relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring customer service, payments and administration costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Directing merchandising methods by coordinating the work of salespersons to successfully close business \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading and managing the activities of sales staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and managing budgets and controllingexpenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Representing the department in its dealings with other divisions of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct review on the progress of sales staffs \xe2\x80\xa2 Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible on payment collection from customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and provide monthly KPI report \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 They must from freight forwarding background. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing and haulage service industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess knowledge of the industry market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good grasp of the terminology and concepts of the industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to bring in new customer for the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Salary range open for discussion because sales position entitled for commission.
