We are seeking a Sales Officer (Logistics Admin) to support customer service and shipping operations. This role focuses on order processing, shipment coordination, export documentation, and customer communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and pro-forma invoices (PI)
Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with Planner on delivery schedules (ETD)
Handle shipping and logistics documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and COA
Coordinate container stuffing and shipment arrangements with internal teams and external parties
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and survey responses
Release customer invoices and coordinate sample submissions
Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers
Update customer records and order status in the system
Support sales events and administrative sales activities
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, quality, and 5S requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Minimum
1 years of experience
in customer service, sales admin, or logistics coordination
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Proficient in
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
Willing to work overtime when required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
