Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 1-3 years of working experience in logistics, courier/delivery operations, warehouse administration, or related roles is preferred. Experience in the courier/express industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with logistics/transport operations, warehousing, or last-mile delivery processes is highly desirable.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy in data entry, documentation, and records management.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages (Mandarin or other) are a plus due to diverse team/clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with logistics or warehouse management systems (WMS), TMS (transport management system) or ERP is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, consignments, delivery manifests, waybills, and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/fulfilment teams, drivers, and courier operations teams to ensure inbound goods are received, sorted, labelle,d and dispatched appropriately.
  • Assist in scheduling pick-ups, deliveries, route allocation,s and liaising with internal operations & external drivers or vendor partners.
  • Monitor shipment status (using internal tracking systems) and update relevant parties (e.g., customer service, clients) on status, exceptions, or delays.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports: e.g., number of parcels handled, delivery success rates, delays, exceptions, outstanding items, warehouse throughput.
  • Assist with reconciliation of logistics costs, driver/partner invoices, billing, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to courier & logistics operations (e.g., safety, packaging, handling).
  • Support customer service and operations teams by responding to logistics queries, tracking issues, investigating MIS-shipments or damage claims.
  • Maintain good record-keeping of returns, undelivered parcels, and damaged goods, and coordinate with the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Support warehouse, dispatch and returns functions when required (e.g., stock-taking, inventory movements, packaging materials management).
  • May be required to liaise with vendors, internal departments (sales, customer service, warehouse) and occasionally attend meetings or site visits as needed.
