Group/Division KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. The role of a Logistics Administrator is to handle freight activities, shipment bookings ensure full compliance with customs laws, on-time shipment delivery. This position will also be responsible for operations at a warehouse or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule, coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, issuing to CM/productions, reverse logistics tasks; resolve logistical challenges by communicating with master schedulers, freight forwarder, transportation providers, and buyers/planners.
