Job Description

You\'ll be accountable for overseeing the Plant Planning & Logistics team. This position primarily collaborates with the central supply chain organisation and holds complete responsibility for organising and executing the plan, in accordance with Regional Planning and the key business processes from start to finish. The Manager directly handles ensuring appropriate service levels and inventory levels are maintained.

• Responsible for optimising the end-to-end supply chain process, including warehouse operations, raw and pack material planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service
• Establishes and maintains internal and external business networks to implement best practices, new technologies, risk management, and supply chain excellence
• Develops and implements an operating strategy for the plant, ensuring flexibility to meet demand and optimise manufacturing costs
• Delivers key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer service level, on-time delivery, stock age, transportation lead time, suppliers on-time delivery, production frequency, inventory value, and logistics cost
• Fosters engaged leadership and coaching, promotes a culture of engagement, and develops leadership capabilities within the team
• Sets a long-term vision and plan for the area, defines priorities, and executes projects aligned with critical business needs
• Implements and supports manufacturing and supply chain operating systems, driving continuous improvement and roll-out
• Manages costs and performance criteria, delivering the annual operations plan and value creation plan, collaborates with leadership teams, and supports production teams in optimising resources and meeting customer demand and standards.

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Management or a related field
• Fluent in the local language, intermediate proficiency in English
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, preferably in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with a strong emphasis on team development
• Proficiency in supply chain management, extensive knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, Excel macros, and experience with international and cross-functional collaboration.
