Assist in performing receiving and binning operations following warehouse procedures, including delivering stocks to customers.
Ensure stock levels are monitored manually and by software to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Utilize computers to document information on the receipt and dispatch of stock from the warehouse.
Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehouse activities
Identify areas of improvement and implement kaizen (continuous improvement activities) to enhance warehouse operations.
Establish visual monitoring tools and warehouse operation standards to further enhance efficiency.
Maintain records and documents
Assist in preparing proposals and documentation for warehouse improvement activities, purchases, and expansion.
Ensure proper documentation for future traceability.
Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles and housekeeping.
Ensure daily cycle counts are conducted effectively, and any discrepancies are promptly reported to the relevant department.
Monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure proper control, storage, and segregation.
Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to management.
