Job Description

Responsibilities & Main Task: Oversee customer shipping plan and ensured 3rd party warehouse contractor allocations in timely manner & accurately in ordered. Execute Monitor inbound and outgoing shipments Process the final inventory of material checked prior to shipment schedule. Responsible for receiving, tracking, and stocking all items received, & shipped. Ensure materials received are appropriately stored at designated storage locations. Provide & update a list of finished goods & materials received or transfer in & out from external & internal warehouse. Manage and maintain inventory at safety stocks levels to avoid supply shortage. Perform annual & monthly materials inventory and provide report in his area of responsibility. Co-ordinates logistics, warehouse and transportation in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s policies. Co-ordinates with Purchasing department on import & export delivery arrangement with Custom exemption applications requirement deem necessary. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery schedule, transport route and efficiency. Arrange warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization. Ensure inventory system is fully operational and accurate par with SAP system. Manage stock control by conducting physical counts and reconcile with data storage in SAP system Generates reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, aging stock report etc). Receive feedback and monitor quality of In Plant contractor support service provided. Maintain & adhere to standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. Others, in assist to initiate, develop of logistic/warehouse improvements to implement the organization procedures. SAP system is compulsory in processing all above mentioned task in daily practiced.
