DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced

Logistics Assistant

with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at

Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities :

Perform daily stock count and close monitor on the stock flow. Monitor all aspects related to the store including storeroom arrangement, storeroom condition, stock condition of every stock in the store, flow of stock, and stock buffer level. Plan and arrange for restock and monitor the stock level closely. Compile stock reports for better inventory monitoring and build up proper stock levels from time to time. Receive and checking stock from distribution and ensure that stock is tally with DO and system Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments. Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves/Racking, if needed. Preparing our Member's orders (picking, packing ,print Courier Consignee Note) and arrange for stock delivery. Report for damaged stock, returned stock, stock discrepancies. - Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Outline any additional job duties and responsibilities for the position. Work hand in hand with the sales team to complete the daily operation task in the branch. Any other task to be assigned by top management from time to time. Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized. Willing to work on Sunday if necessary

Requirements :

Possess at least a SPM,Diploma qualification or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Possess basic knowledge of inventory management Familiar with the storeroom management and environment Must be organized and keen attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge in MS Office i.e excel and word. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy and fragile products.
