- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
- Education Level: At least SPM
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in Sales & Logistics department
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Purchase Order Processing: Efficiently process and track customer purchase orders.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with Purchasing and Logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
- Order Follow-up: Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Daily Delivery Schedule: Organize and optimize daily delivery schedules.
- Delivery Order Preparation: Prepare accurate documentation for shipments.
- Schedule Updates: Continuously update delivery schedules in case of delays or changes.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls and messages.
- Document Filing & Record Keeping: Maintain proper documentation for compliance.
