Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving new incoming shipment, arrange delivery & collection shipment.
  • Monitor daily report, monthly audit, and prepare for any diversion or scrap to branches/hub.
  • Update the weekly or monthly status of shipment and defective unit.
  • Handle stock count on weekly and monthly basics.
  • Compile monthly billing report and arrange sending the original delivery notes to billing team.
  • Liaise with customers on any matters.
  • Compile proof of delivery's chop and sign daily.
  • And other ad-hoc assigned by superior
  • To handle all shipment documents
  • Overseeing all supply chain operations.
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Transport/ Supply Chain Management /Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): SAP, SSC, ILMS, LTRS/SSS
  • Candidates must be willing to work at Section 26, Shah Alam.
  • Candidates with the above qualification and experience are invited to apply with detailed resume.
