Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to possess own mode of transportation.
We are looking for self-motivated, proactive individuals with an attention to detail.

Shipment & Haulage / Transportation Planning & Monitoring

Manage incoming orders.
Schedule work plan alongside co-coordinators considering incoming orders and existing work orders.
Ensure internal tracking and planning systems are up-to-date.
To communicate work plan to transporters and to monitor progress.
Be present at site, as and when necessary, to monitor and supervise site activities.
To liaise with warehouse on cargo storage matters.

Forwarding & Customs Clearance

End-to-end management of both export and import air-freight shipments. This includes :

client and forwarding clerk interfacing
customs documentation preparation and review
compilation of final documents post-clearance for safe-keeping
Periodically, to stand-in / work alongside co-coordinators to manage sea-freight shipments.

Others

To assist with asset maintenance.
To assist transporters with directions in and around Kuching, as and when necessary.
