Inventory control
Updating invoices, packing list, delivery order, payment to suppliers, debit/credit notes, etc.
Compile, reconcile and update sales data to update monthly sales and profit report
Management of cash
Handling custom clearance
Product delivery to client location (Shah Alam area)
Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Education
Diploma in logistics management, business administration, or equivalent
Requirements
2 years experience in logistics, sales support, admin, or equivalent
Previous experience handling import and export documents will be strongly advantageous
Familiar with using Excel
Able to drive, Goods Driving License (GDL) strongly advantageous
Language skills requirement: English, Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
