Logistics Manager
Kapar, Klang
*Salary RM6,000 - RM7,500*
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 5-6 years working experience in B2B & B2C logistics and leading logistics projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Candidate with ERP system is added advantage
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Responsible for overall effective logistics operation of companies including warehousing and delivery transportation
- Work closely with the factory shipping team to oversee the day-to-day team operations
- Manage warehouse teams and external 3PL (third-party logistics)
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor and enforce appropriate work practices are in place in compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Analyze data and prepare management reports
- Able to work with all levels including the ground operation team and managerial staff
