Develop and implement logistics strategies and procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods
Manage warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control systems
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to streamline supply chain activities
Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and freight carriers
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
Optimize routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times
Lead and train logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
