  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Proven ability to manage high daily order volumes and supervise a workforce of 100+ employees.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Summary
Oversee the planning and execution of logistics operations, including spare parts inventory control, freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL) management, warehouse efficiency, route optimization, and distribution. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining the highest levels of service performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute end-to-end spare parts logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Order Management, Accounting, Purchasing, and outlets to align logistics processes with business needs.
  • Lead and manage the logistics operations team, covering warehouse management, stock accuracy, inbound and outbound processes, transportation scheduling, safety, and overall service quality.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Oversee reverse logistics processes for recycling, reuse, or responsible disposal of materials.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers to secure competitive service rates and performance levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics management, focusing on cost optimization, process efficiency, and financial impact analysis of proposed improvements.
  • Implement transportation and logistics practices that minimize environmental impact.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize logistics strategies, policies, and procedures across the Group.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of freight and transportation information to outlets, suppliers, and internal stakeholders using appropriate systems.
  • Ensure compliance of carriers and 3PL providers with company policies and product transit requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues related to warehousing, transportation, imports/exports, and customer logistics concerns.
  • Establish and maintain risk management protocols to safeguard spare parts supply continuity during emergencies.
  • Manage overall company inventory to ensure accuracy, healthy turnover, and effective aging analysis through regular cycle counts.
  • Design and monitor logistics performance measurement systems and KPIs (e.g., lead time reduction, on-time delivery, cost savings).
  • Research, recommend, and implement new logistics systems, automation tools, and technologies.
  • Strategize and implement warehouse operations (centralized vs. decentralized) and develop innovative supply chain warehousing and distribution methods.
