Job Description
Join Our Leading Automotive Manufacturer as a Logistics Manager based in the Klang Valley region.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
