RESPONSIBILITIES
-To be responsible for overall logistics operations.
-To ensure smooth flow of goods delivery to meet customer's requirements.
-To monitor the performance of the logistics team and provide coaching & counseling if required.
-To minimize the frequency of stock discrepancy.
-To control overall logistics cost for cost saving purpose.
-To make recommendation to Superior for overall logistic department improvement and efficiency.
-To lead stock, take and ensure the process & system are being comply.
-To attend custom and other government bodies for audit and related matters.
-To liaise with production and other department to ensure logistics operations is in smooth condition.
-To comply the LMW requirements and update management for regulatory changes.
-To ensure all government regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
-To submit/present to superior for logistic report for operations report compilation.
-Others as assigned by immediate superior.

SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
-Knowledge on basic safety & environment issue
-Aware the importance of conformance to safety, environment policy & procedures and to the
-requirements of the safety & environment management system
-Follow safety & environment rules & regulations
-Comply with all applicable environment legal & other requirements
-Report any accident and incident cases that occurred
-Save energy and natural resource consumption
-Follow ERP strictly during emergency

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) Responsibility
-Fulfilment of FSC CoC requirements as stated on respective documented procedures.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum Diploma in Logistics & equivalent.
-At least 10 years working experience in logistic activities.
-Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge in SAP system and computer literate
