Job Description
Descriptions\xef\x82\xb7 To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customersand/or management.\xef\x82\xb7 Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargotransportations/status.\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a systematic document filing.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.Requirements
- Diploma holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field
- Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/words.
- Shipping/ logistics management, good interpersonal skills
- Neat and discipline on documentation.
