Job Description

• This role is leading for Supply Chain Management that cover Inbounds, Internal Logistics and Outbound on new product introduction (NPI) and other projects to ensure good engineering and operational solutions are designed and smooth transition to mass production team
• This role is reporting to SCM Manager in the plant

• Provide SCM operation inputs (layout, MIFA), expectations and supports to engineering team during process design stage.
• Evaluate and approve solutions.
• Train mass production team on the concept, solutions and implementation plan (4M readiness - Machines, Manpower, Methods, and Material
• Coordinate and closely monitor implementation plan with mass production team
• Improve and reinforce solutions with mass production team during production trial stage.
• Fix problems identified during production trial stage and implement during ramp-up phase.
• Liaise with other functions internally and externally for all activities during NPI and other project
• Provide SCM operational inputs, expectations and supports to procurement team during local vendor selection stage.
• Working with procurement team to ensure vendors reach requested maturity (quality, capacity and delivery) before start of supply
• Evaluate and approve packaging design and transportability solutions between vendors and plant.

• Bachelor\'s in engineering/Supply Chain
• 5 -7 years of experience in logistics engineering/management, specifically warehousing & transporting.
• Preferably from automotive industry or any manufacturer.
• Ability to think strategically, provide direction and design implementation plan for complex projects.
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical ability
• Strong understanding of engineering calculation, operational design, financial analysis and budgeting.
• Good communication skills to present ideas and solutions
• Good collaboration skills
