Position Summary: (Co-ordinate shipments between FAP (internal)order processing , marketing and forwarding agent )

This position is responsible for ensuring good co-ordination and timely support within internal stakeholders and also forwarding agent on timely arrangement on daily shipments.

Minimum Requirements:

SPM/Diploma. Min 2 - 3 years of working experiences in Logistics field.(Shipping co-ordinator) Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excel and word is a must. Have some knowledge of customs documentation(Plus point). Able to read data from customs form. Good co-ordination skills and booking arrangement. Able to work independently. Minimal warehouse experience is required Able to prepare shipping documents in timely fashion and error free. Character: Self initiative, good manners, good attitude, cooperative and supportive. Communication: Good interactive with people, able to communication in English and Malay fluently.

Able to trouble shoot simple data calculations on shipping invoice.*
Good shipment planning co-ordination.*

Performance Criteria: (Specific accomplishments desired.)

To meet shipment date line and other related and reasonable logistics task given by logistics supervisor. Ensure good attendance which is very important.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
