Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Warehouse and Import/Export Operation in compliance with company\'s policies and vision
- Work with 3PL & overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Manage Malaysia Import & Export Operation, including:
License/Permit Application
Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management
Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating & Movers Co-ordination
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Prepare annual budget
- Liaise with HQ, Service Providers, and Internal & External Customers
- Create and Update SOP
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 2 years of related experience in Import/Export,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
