Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Warehouse and Import/Export Operation in compliance with company\'s policies and vision
  • Work with 3PL & overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
  • Manage Malaysia Import & Export Operation, including:
Global Trade Management (GTM System) Operation,
License/Permit Application
Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management
Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating & Movers Co-ordination
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Liaise with HQ, Service Providers, and Internal & External Customers
  • Create and Update SOP
  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
  • Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 2 years of related experience in Import/Export,
Warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
  • A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
  • Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
