Job description 1. Handle all tasks related to shipment arrangement including oversea and domestic. 2. Responsible in planning and monitoring to ensure timely departure and arrival of shipment. 3. Negotiate with forwarder on the freight rate and booking on line with carriers. 4. Ensure the accuracy of invoice, shipment delivered on time. 5. Selection of freight agents, forwarders, transporter to ensure cost effective operations at all times. 6. Work closely with planner to ensure on time shipment. Job requirements *Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM and above. *Minimum 2 working years and above in manufacturing and import/ export business *Familiar with Malaysia Customs operation and related regulations *Meticulous and accurate in handling shipment documentation *Required language(s): Mandarin (prefer), English, Bahasa Malaysia **Able to start work immediately Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
