Manage loading and unloading of goods efficiently and safely.
Conduct routine inspection and cleaning of the vehicle.
Deliver goods safely to and from distribution centres.
Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Plan and use the safest and most efficient routes to destinations.
Maintain accurate travel and delivery records.
Follow proper procedures in the event of accidents.
Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
Lorry Driver Requirements:
Valid GDL Class E licence.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a lorry driver.
Good driving record with no major offences.
Prior experience in handling goods is an advantage.
Familiar with GPS navigation and route planning.
Able to drive long distances with good concentration.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
