- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow safety standards and operational procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Able to work in shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machines or technologies.
- To operate gear machine
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the production cycle starts.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or defects.
- Load raw materials and feed components into machines for processing.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Record production data, including quantities, machine performance, and downtime.
