Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Machine Processing Manager

to lead and optimize production operations in Johor. The successful candidate will manage a team of 10, ensuring efficient production planning, equipment management, and continuous process improvement. This role requires a strong background in machining and proven leadership to drive operational excellence while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Establish and optimize production operation systems, monitor production status, and ensure task completion. Coordinate production workshops and balance the 5M factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) for smooth operations. Conduct weekly production meetings to analyze issues, propose solutions, and ensure technical and production targets are met. Develop project-based production plans, track progress, and resolve abnormalities to meet delivery timelines. Oversee material requirements planning, monitor material flow, and prevent bottlenecks. Implement lean manufacturing practices (PDCA) to continuously improve efficiency and quality. Manage equipment maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits to enhance productivity. Lead safety and environmental (EHS) initiatives, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions. Prepare and present weekly/monthly production reports to management.

Requirements

Education:

Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of production management experience in machining or related industries.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of machining equipment, SOPs, and production processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD drawing tools.

Competencies:

Proven ability to solve on-site production issues. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement. Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
