Responsible for performing internal mailroom operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling, sorting, and distribution of internal and inter-department correspondence including confidential and credit card-related mail.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily mailroom operations such as sorting, recording, and distributing incoming and outgoing internal mail.
Handle credit card mail and confidential documents in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate mail logs, registers, and records for audit and tracking purposes.
Assist in preparing internal dispatch envelopes, labeling, and routing to designated departments.
Ensure all internal correspondence is delivered promptly within stipulated timelines.
Support preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure the mailroom area is well-organized.
Coordinate with external mail and courier services when required for inter-office transfers.
Report any irregularities or issues in mail handling to the Mailroom Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
SPM
qualification.
At least
1 year of experience
in a mailing room or administrative support role.
Good knowledge of building layouts and delivery routes (Menara Maybank / Dataran Maybank / Mercu Shah Alam)
Basic knowledge of mail handling procedures and documentation.
Responsible, reliable, and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
Able to perform physical tasks such as carrying mailbags or parcels.
