We want you at our facility in Alor Setar.To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of Facilities systems within organization. These Facilities systems covers building maintenance and repair, material handling production equipment and internal transportation equipment, HVAC and dehumidifier, project related and other essential services required to sustain our operations. Expertise will be essential on enhancing sustainability of building and ensuring regulatory compliance. The opportunity to contribute to the organization\'s environmental and operational objectives. To ensure the operation of the air condition and dehumidifier and plant building maintenance meet with requirement all the time such as conducive working environment and comply with specification.Building maintenance and civil works - To perform regular inspection, arrangement of repair, improvement for building equipment and planning for budget related of building maintenance. Production service- To perform budget preparing, prepare schedule maintenance and ensure all material handling equipment in good condition ready to using by production and all transportation vehicle in good condition without failure and ready to using by production, HVAC and Humidity- To ensure air-condition and dehumidifier operated smoothly and collaborate with supplier to ensure all unit in good condition -Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime-Develop strategies to optimize utility usage, minimize waste, and promote sustainability initiatives-Implement energy-saving practices and technologies to reduce the organization\'s environmental footprint--Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to utility management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to building management-Lead utility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements-Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards Project related - Collabarate with MTE civil central team in order to get advice on the civil work related with projectQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering and others (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering of or others)Additional InformationReady to drive with Continental?
