Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management).
• Demonstrate basic repair skills and a foundational understanding of maintenance principles.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail in identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required skills: Basic Repair Skills, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Attention to Detail, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Equipment Repair
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance procedures and technologies.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
• Capable of troubleshooting basic equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs.
• Familiarity with facility maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, including troubleshooting malfunctions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the coordination of external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and maintenance equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Support facility maintenance by performing tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and waste disposal.
