SUMMARY :
Supervises and coordinates activities activities of workers engaged in preventive maintenance, applying knowledge of repairing machine and operating techniques and production machining methods. Determine reasons for machine malfunction, arranges for machine repair
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyses and diagnoses injection moulding and extrusion equipment problems, malfunctions, troubleshooting etc., to expedite and coordinate corrective and preventive proedures and to prevent excessive downtime and interrrupted schedules.
- Manage schedule for preventive maintenance and contrl maintenance cost within establish budget
- To lead a group of maintenance tech to set up, improve, enhance and maintain an effective maintenance system
- Reviews work methods and recommends procedural or process changes to avoid downtime too long
- Tracking repair history by Machine Maintenance System (MMS) and provides routine manchine evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with outside vendor regarding maintenance and repair for machine and equipment
- Participate in CSR, safety & health activities to support production
- Communicate to the Other assignemnt as requested
