Your role is responsible for leading and ensuring smooth functioning of maintenance department at the plant.

In this role you will report to the Factory Manager.

The role will also include:

Lead the engineering / maintenance department

Support Plant Manager with CAPEX and FE - Fix Expenses budgeting

Lead continuous improvement project & cost savings initiatives for maintenance department

Plan & execute scheduled preventive maintenance

To carried on site, troubleshoot and repairing in process in reasonable time Maintain high standard of Safety & 6S in maintenance & site work areas in level 5

Responsible to ensure fire prevention system as per safety standard and for facility maintenance

We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering Degree with specialisation in Mechanical / Electrical or someone who has relevant experience

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

Basic electrical and instrument troubleshooting knowledge

Charge man cert holder will have added advantage

Experience in operational excellence tools (six sigma) is added advantage.

Read, write, and speak English

This position is based in Kluang, Malaysia
