You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will work on-site at Petaling Jaya Plant. Responsibilities Implement engineering systems throughout the whole organization ensuring the continuous improvements in the plant\'s equipment efficiency and people development. Directly responsible for the manufacturing and facilities equipment availability. OEE analysis and RCAs to improve equipment reliability and safety Implement Six Sigma programs on critical equipment, working towards improving the equipment availability & integration towards CMMS (SAP or equivalent) Lead a group of technicians and provide guidance and coordination of the technicians\' daily activities. Contractor management regarding performance, timing and cost for machine & equipment repair and improvement. Accomplish the plant\'s technician training program ensuring continuous development of the staff in keeping pace with the current technology in the market. Improve the spares cost reduction program through components communalization during machine build and upgrade, consignment agreements & negotiation in spares pricing. To Implement and enforce plant and machineries/equipment, safety measure, including compliance to safety, DOSH, HACCP, ISO, ESH and GMP standards. Manage instrument calibration inventories, scheduling. Be part of contributor for any internal & external audits including IATF, ISO Manage changes and meeting customers increasing demand and expectation. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience manufacturing experience. Ability to lead and inspire teams and projects. Ability to work in global team environment Maintenance experience in EX environment will be an added advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD/PLC or any other programming software will be an added advantage.
