Responsibilities:

REQUIRED SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE REPAIRING & MAINTENANCE.
Coordinate and lead the maintenance team on all machine / facilities breakdowns and maintenance inspections involving critical machine parameters and critical spare parts management.
Development and maintenance of maintenance documents as per ISO standards. i.e; SOP, WI, Maintenance schedule, etc.
Perform root cause analysis activities for production issues and develop solutions
Work with production team to execute improvement projects, and coordinating with vendors
To oversee fabrication projects for the company
To ensure regulatory compliance with authorities, such as scheduled waste management and record keeping, as well as other JAS related matters.
Continuously observe and enforces good housekeeping practices according to company housekeeping policies.
Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily and preventive maintenance duties

Qualification & Experience:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer proficiency, strong MS Excel skills and other common Microsoft applications. Experience in 3D or 2D CAD is added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
Ideally 4-5 years of experience in similar field.
Experience in PLC programming is added advantage.
Able to be oncall for emergencies during rest day
