Competency Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Degree in Mechatronics or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in rotating equipment\'s machine gearbox, ratio, belt, metal chain, roller, alignments and the like is added advantages
• Diploma holder will be considered if work experiences are minimum 5 years
• Must have own transportation
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Tanggungjawab

Responsibility & Authority:

• Proficient in 3D CAD software to prepare/review production/engineering drawing for crushing machine and associated parts
• Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer\'s instruction and established procedures; requesting special services
• Good analytical fault-finding skills
• Competence in working with planned preventative maintenance
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic system
• Perform ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by superior.
• Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment.
• Work as a team member or alone to complete projects
• Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes
• Make decisions based on technical documents
• Perform quality testing and inspections
• Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances
• Identifying faults or hazards
• Troubleshooting system failures
• Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement
• Testing of electrical systems
• Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures
• Responding to fault requests
• Providing suggestions for equipment replacement
• Writing electrical maintenance reports
• Installing new electrical appliances in the building
• Adhering to safety and performance standards
• Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
