Job Description

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering
• Have Certificate Competency High Voltage 11kV (BO)
• Must have electrical handling experience in terms of motors, transformers, and compressors
• Solid knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance skills
• In charge of all new and maintenance work on all electrical systems.Ensure that all new installation and maintenance work complies with all safety and legal requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Experience in a semiconductor or electronic manufacturing environment is a plus
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (verbal and written) will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.
• Willing to travel to China for 6 - 9 months of training.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at the Penang facility.

• The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with promoting the efficient and cost-effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
• The tasks will include resolving urgent maintenance issues, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, writing maintenance reports, and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
