Job Details: Position : Maintenance Engineer Company Industry : Consumer Goods Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0815 to 1745) Working Location : Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable) Remuneration : Salary RM3,000 - RM5,500 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution, leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage WHO CAN APPLY Degree in engineering and related 3-5 working experience as maintenance engineer Self manage accommodation & transportation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop job plan and spare parts requirement for all PM activities Verify PM effectiveness with Reliability & PM Supervisor Develop yearly, monthly and weekly PM schedule Continuous improvement and CIP projects Support in Safety and Quality audits, and execute AAPs Execute NC/CAPA Support NPD/NPI, Engineering and Production projects Overall governance of Pink Forms Support Operator Asset Care program Escalate issues within 2hrs of breakdown to MTN & FAC Lead Daily tracking of Work Order closure Maintain Asset Master Data Develop OPL and Troubleshooting Log, with Line Support Supervisor, Reliability & PM Supervisor. Spare Part Management - Inventory and Obsolescence Support site's safety initiatives and own IOSS chapters.
