-Administer and resolve all technical maintenance issues.

-Daily inspection for factory and building office maintenance.

-Daily plant production equipment maintenance support.

-Leader in projects and equipment upgrading.

-Participates in the installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of new or repaired equipment

-Prepare an efficient preventive maintenance programs / schedule for all production operations and assist in installation and maintenance of all machines and tools.

-Consulting with vendors on technical purchase and servicing works.

-Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize various equipment that drive processes and product improvement while maintaining a strong safety and environmental compliance focus.

-To evaluate and ensure that the equipment which is installed or repaired is 100% working.

-To attend to complaints and follow up until it is 100% completed.

-Leads/participates in the troubleshooting of process and equipment trouble/abnormalities and select/recommend logical course of action based on established principles and standard.

-To ensure that the maintenance agreements renewed yearly.

-To execute the development of safety and health documentation.

-To develop hazard preventive management system.

-To execute the safety and health program and safe work culture.

-To ensure the implementation of safety and health inspection and audit program.

-Function as company representative for safety and environment audit.

-Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity pf all plant programs.
Requirements

-Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

-Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in manufacturing industry as plant supervisory position. Preferable in printing industry.

-Well verse in ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and social audit requirement.

-hand on to assist troubleshooting of machinery when needed
