Qualifications & Certifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or any related studies within the field of Engineering Well familiar with all Microsoft Office applications At least 1 year experience related to job title or fresh graduates Skill / Attributes / Competencies Good in troubleshooting Good technical skills. Knowledge of machinery and equipment This position will be based in Labuan/Kemaman Terengganu Malaysia. Main Responsibilities To assist Head of Maintenance to meet manpower requirements by selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. To assist Head of Maintenance on budget preparation yearly and for each quarter. To lead, coordinate and supervise Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanic, Technician, etc. on daily maintenance activity required on all surface equipment with mechanical system and/or hydraulic system and/or pneumatic system and/or electrical system and/or electronic system and/or electromechanical system for CHS, CTS, and SLS (diesel engine power rack, diesel engine air compressor, diesel engine genset, reel skid unit (RSU), Control Panel, Test Pump etc) To implement correct maintenance procedure on all maintenance activities (predictive, preventive and corrective) including proper handover process from/to clients. To ensure equipment maintenance meets delivery time. (Depends on handover and parts delivery time) To report any problems related to maintenance (equipment, admin, safety etc) to Head of Maintenance To liaise with Logistics Department for any transportation/logistic required for maintenance activities. Immediate response and advise to crew on any equipment failure at offshore (depends on the entitled allowance) To assist SLS, CHS, CTS on Problem Investigation Report (PIR). To ensure client/equipment owner/crew (CHS, CTS, SLS) updated by mechanic and/or PCE Specialist on equipment post-maintenance status (for temporary fix and/or modification case) prior load out. To provide manpower planning if active/ad-hoc troubleshooting at offshore required To ensure correct spares and parts bought/ordered from supplier To advise and supervise Maintenance Stock Keeper based on weekly update for inventory To advise and supervise Maintenance Technical Assistant on weekly update for equipment movement, checklist and history. Report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence and conditions immediately to location HSSE Team. Ensure participation in all HSSE campaigns/awareness programs/activities/trainings at locations. Comply company HSSE-MS/HSSE yearly Objective and Plan. Onshore & Offshore: Adhere to the Health, Safety, Security & Environment policies, HSSE Operational procedures, practices & all general safety requirements while carrying out jobs. Demonstrate a personal commitment towards HSSE while at work and client\'s facilities. Support HSSE personnel in the development of work site HSSE activities and programs. Ensure participation in all HSSE campaigns/awareness programs/activities/trainings at locations and at client\'s facilities. Ensure attend pre-job meeting, planning and client\'s meeting as required on HSSE matters. Ensure all client\'s safety rules and requirements are followed while onboard. Report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence and conditions immediately to location/offshore HSSE Team. Ensure possess the competence and temperaments appropriate to the tasks given by company. Implement Stop Work authority if any unsafe condition/unsafe act, or where unclear of the establishment risk management standard for HSSE while at on site. Comply company HSSE-MS/HSSE yearly Objective and Plan. Maintenance Employee: Adhere to the Health, Safety, Security & Environment policies, HSSE Operational procedures, practices & all general safety requirements while carrying out jobs. Ensure participation in all HSSE campaigns/awareness programs/activities/trainings at locations. Demonstrate a personal commitment towards HSSE while at work.
