YOUR ROLE

• Ready to join a great team in our Plant in Shah Alam
• You will provide technical and engineering support as per the requirement of mechanical and electrical maintenance
• You are responsible to source suitable replacement part with reasonable cost and appropriate quality
• You will identify fabricate or assemble methods for equipment\'s to perform at highest efficiency with low cost, meet schedules and maintain the quality
• You provide the internal training to enhance the team technical knowledge as well as employee motivation
• You help to ensure all facilities personnel is follow the Henkel SHE Standard/Policy and the factory layout, compliance to safety regulation in the renovation of the factory area
• As a competent person of confined space Authorized Entrant, Stand-by Person, you ensure the entry operation remain consistent safe as acceptable entry condition for confined space activities

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years\' experience in Chemical, manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of PPM (Predictive and Preventive Maintenance)
• Certificate of Competency on certain items, Confined Space (AESP - Association of Energy Services Professionals)
• People management experience
