Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsibilities and Accountable in his/her area of responsibility.
- 12 hours shift work schedule is required.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action &preventive actions
- Local communication to include documentation, supporting, negotiating,presentation, team contribution, and training.
- Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating &executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency.
- Encourage improve the hardware and process of EPI, CVD, MoCVD or VacuumProcesses tool set.
- Support new start-up or transferred equipment to support productionramp.
- Upon completion of GTP program, Successful and outstanding candidatewill be offered permanent employment.
- Opportunity to join the new project start-up and oversea on job training.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min CGPA
- Fresh graduates, with high CGPA, are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Equipment experience in CVD, MoCVD or Epitaxy will be addedadvantages.
- Good fundamental in Vacuum theory, Electrical control, Gas dynamic,Thermodynamic, Mechanical design or Electrical circuitry.
- Systematic approaches in troubleshooting and all tasks.
- Strong analytical skill with data mining skill, well competency withstatistical concept.
- Proficient in soft skill in, EXCEL MARCO and VB. ACCESS or data analysistool.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, in English.
- Good and conclusive presentation skill.
