JOB BRIEF To Maintain machines in the factory are all in optimal condition to achieve high efficiency and minimum maintenance downtime. Responsibilities
- Maintain & repair all types of equipment with experience and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot faults & inspect machinery to prevent equipment failure.
- Ability to prioritize and finish tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, services manuals & work orders to perform required maintenance work.
- Ability to repair and adjust the production machinery to handle peak orders.
- Analyze & supports breakdown analysis (BDA) and develop corrective and develop a contingency plan.
- Involve and perform 5S (Workshops, Toolbox, Service Stations, etc.) & Kaizen Suggestions.
- Minimum a diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering/ equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience. (With proof)
- Basic operation of power equipment & knowledge to proper handle & use hand tools.
- Machine theory of operations.
- Able to process good work in a team, even under stress.
- Work in a safe manner by following all the SOP and safety rules & regulations set.
