Senior Maintenance Executive
Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and lead the maintenance team consisting of Executive, Technician and Operators in supporting to 24/7 maintenance processes and operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing budgets and control of expenses for maintenance dept. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, improve and implement maintenance procedures and work instruction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and manage of routine repair and installation activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take charge of new projects on machinery and equipment installation, commissioning and tests.
