A. Responsibilities 1. Assist and coordinate the delivery of products to customer 2. Check stock availability and inform HOD 3. Assist in the handing over of DO for goods delivery 4. Prepare Transit Form for goods internal transfer 5. Update and file records relevant to the maintenance operations 6. Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the management 7. Oversee all machine in all branches. 8. Order spare parts for machines. 9. Conduct machine checking in different branches. B. Skills and Competencies 1. Computer literate 2. Good communication
