Job Description
Well established chemicals plant in Sarawak is expanding with multiple ongoing projects is looking for Maintenance Manager that possesses solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, facilities machines and electrical systems.JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Regularly inspect facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Verify electrical and hydraulic systems in buildings
- Plan and oversee repair and installation tasks
- Allocate workload to maintenance staff
- Inventory and Budget:
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and control maintenance expenses within the budget
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Bachelor\'s degree in facility management or engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of maintenance experience, preferable from chemicals plant or oil & gas background
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, facilities equipment\'s/ machines, electrical systems etc.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be an added advantage
- Willing to work in Sarawak
