Job Description

• Make sure the plant equipment operate in stable condition though maintenance activity.
• Planning and managing the execution of the maintenance activities and equipment inspection.
• Maintain the asset integrity through daily maintenance and plan Shut Down.
• Manage the budget through manpower planning, details maintenance schedule and proper execution.
• To make sure all related party involved follow the quality control procedure and OCIM safety regulation.
• Create long term maintenance strategies that align with organization goals and operational requirements.
• Design and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for equipment and machinery.
• Review work procedure and specification4. Observe and maintain ISO 90015.
• Evaluate maintenance practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.
• Conduct new CAPEX project that affects the performance of maintenance activities
• Conduct post performance analysis of completed projects

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Military service or exempted
• Those who are not disqualified for overseas business travel
• Intermediate level in English
• Experience in chemical plants is preferred
• Experience in maintenance of rotating/fixed machinery, piping, etc.
• Work experience from 10 years & above are required
• Prefer Korean
