1 Carry out the building, facilities and equipment maintenance activities as per schedule plan 2 Carry out the machinery, building, facilities including pest control and safety 3 Control and maintain of maintenance tools and other related material\'s inventory and storage 4 Publish the awareness of safety, pest control and security in the company. 5 Keeping records of all services, maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery 6 Responsible for troubleshooting of all production equipment. 7 To manage and ensure all spare tools / jigs and fixtures are well maintain and properly stored. 8 To comply any additional responsibilities when assigned by the company. 9 Prepared of facilities and machinery document. 10 Prepared of Contractor work permit working in house building. To maintain servicing aircond system, ventilation system, fire fighting system.
