To manage & monitor the maintenance and repair activities for all maintenance discipline (Inspection, Rotating, Static, Electrical & Instrumentations) to ensure continues serviceability, reliability, and safe Terminal operation.
Continuously review, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of maintenance programme (Preventive, predictive) to minimize the equipment breakdown and optimize the maintenance cost through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
To consolidate, review and monitor annual OPEX and sustainability CAPEX budget for Maintenance Section and ensure budget expenditure within agreed budget and schedule.
Manage the spare inventory requirements and ensure that sufficient minimum levels of spare parts are available as per critical asset list.
To review standard operating procedure (SOP), work instruction (WI), training module, monitor and evaluate effectiveness training programme for develop competency of maintenance staffs.
To liaise with internal staff & external parties such as local authorities, neighbours, consultants, contractors & vendors in carrying out the above activities.
To lead machinery/installation root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and review investigation report within required timeframe.
Expected Level of Proficiency:
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Management or equivalent related courses.
Minimum 15 years of working experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry.
Good knowledge in Terminal or Plant operation (i.e. Pressure Vessel, Tanks, Rotating Equipment, Marine Equipment System, Electrical Equipment, DCS and Maintenance Management System.
Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
