Job Description

1. Responsible for the operation of production equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.

2. Perform daily inspection and maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, replacement of worn parts, etc.

3. When equipment failure is discovered, report it promptly and conduct preliminary diagnosis and treatment.

4. Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure that the equipment can meet production requirements.

5. Manage equipment spare parts and tools to ensure the sufficiency and effectiveness of spare parts.

6. Record the operating data and maintenance status of the equipment and prepare maintenance reports.

7. Comply with production safety rules and regulations to ensure the safety of equipment operation.

8. Participate in equipment improvement and optimization recommendations to increase equipment efficiency and reduce failure rates.

9. Assist equipment engineers to train operators on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

- Full-time undergraduate or above, major in science and engineering, preferably majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering and mechatronic

Working Experience

1. 3 years of experience in production equipment maintenance and management.

2. Familiar with the principles and operations of production machinery and equipment, and capable of diagnosing and handling equipment faults.

3. Possess excellent project management and technical leadership skills.

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

5. Identify with the company's values, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
