Responsible for performing office servicing and maintenance duties, including but not limited to maintenance of office furniture, fittings, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
1. To carry out servicing maintenance works at EQ office and all site offices.
2. To coordinate works or repairs with suppliers and/ or contractors.
3. To undertake general repairs, install new wiring and additional, toiletries fittings, plumbing works and aircond servicing.
4. To troubleshoot and provide hands on rectification for office building.
5. To perform routine inspection, schedule maintenance of facilities and premises.
6. To assist Admin Team in day-to-day issue related to maintenance and any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
7. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
Qualifications
Secondary School/ SPM, Diploma in Electrical Engineering and wireman license.
Competencies Required
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sizeable establish organization
Able to work with minimum supervision
Skills & Abilities
Skillful in general maintenance works and proficient in basic computer skill.
Possess strong sense of responsibility & initiatives.
Good organization skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
